I’m writing this feedback in regard to Kindly Care, I connected with Navjot Kaur back in March due to the previous Support Coordinator ending her business due to illness.
when I found Kindly Care, I was seeking Support for my 2 children and myself, I was worried I would struggle to find Support for us as everything revolves around wait lists for 1 person let alone 3.
I was lucky enough to have found Kindly Care,
I was able to explain my expectations, wants and needs and Navjot has been nothing short of helpful with all of this, she has been super supportive with kind words.
my plan has been an absolute train wreck left by our last Support; I was given false information about our plans and have been unable to utilize these correctly.
Kindly Care have been super prompt in helping manage this by filing a change in circumstances as quickly as possible in hope this can be picked up by NDIS as soon as possible, correcting the misinformation and helping me utilize the plans correctly the way they are meant to be.
Navjot has also found the simplest way for me to keep an eye on our plans to ask any questions needed and to see where the funds are being sent to give myself a sense of control on our plans which i have never had.
Any email, message or call I’ve made to Navjot has always been answered with a fast response and although I feel like I ask silly questions or annoy her quite frequently she constantly reassures me with kind words that I am not annoying, and no question is silly.
I would and I do recommend Kindly Care where I can as this has been the most supportive, informative Coordinating Support I have found by far.
